About us

Our mission is to offer legal guidance that customers can trust, knowing we are listening and give considered legal options to resolve complex legal matters.

Why choose DJT Law

We are a general practice office, emphasizing estate planning, probate, and all aspects of buying and selling residential real estate. We provide a unique combination of knowledge, experience and compassion where issues of elder and real estate law intersect. WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN NOT BEING TRANSACTIONAL LAWYERS. A transaction attorney views their clients as a one and done. We view our clients as a relationship building experience with an eye at future experiences. Very often our real estate clients become estate clients and vice versa. Our clients feel confident working with us because they know that we are committed to delivering truly personalized attention — just like law practices provided a century ago! We have been serving families in Belmont and surrounding towns as far as Worcester and MetroWest Boston since 1992. We look forward to serving you!

Dale J. Tamburro, Attorney at Law

Experienced real estate, probate and trust administration lawyer

Today, Dale helps families plan their futures, protect their wealth and distribute assets to their loved ones.

If you become Dale's client, you may come to value his astute grasp of business and his empathic and often insightful assessments of family dynamics. And, even after just a brief consultation, you might see your circumstances in a new and more positive frame.

For the past 30 years, Dale has been a return speaker at several Middlesex County community centers, senior centers and adult education programs, educating groups of people in estate planning, elder family law dynamics, life insurance, trusts, estate taxes, and probate litigation.

He works with small to large estates, including asset protection, blended families, real estate ownership in multiple state and business succession planning.

Prior to law school Dale was a chemist for a Du Pont company as well as working in chemical engineering. Dale worked his way through law school as a realtor at a local Century 21 real estate office. Dale later became an investor and property manager of several investment properties. He has seen and worked through the bad and the good in our housing market. And he knows well the legal / housing market changes taking place now that might impact your investment.
