  3. How a Will interacts with a Trust and why it is important to have both
  4. What factors play in deciding if you need a TRUST or TRUSTS and what kind of TRUST(s)
  5. Is either the Federal Estate Tax or the Massachusetts Estate Tax a concern for you?
  6. The process of working with me to accomplish your goals, interacting with other professionals that you should want to also aid you and how important it is to continue to update and maintain your estate and financial plan.
